I am having problems in my server with Vehicle Recycling and one of my players has reported me that the vehicles claimed with the mod Another Vehicle Claim System (https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2957935793&searchtext=claim) can be dismantled even when the vehicle is claimed. I am going to report it also in AVCS

Doesn't work for me, Tells me I need a welders mask, I have two of em..

Also lets you dismantle stuff from the mod "Expanded Helicopter Events" like wrecked helis and empty airdrops

It adds Welding googles for Welding but the issue is they sadly do not work for Destroying vehicles.
