It's not that I don't have time, it's that Modding Toolkit is being merged into LuaCsForBarotrauma, along with a complete refactor of the code base.

This mod depends on Modding Toolkit, so it won't work until the LuaCsForBarotrauma update is done.

Although I haven't experienced this mod, there are many people who recommend it even in the Chinese community, but if the author really doesn't have time to update, it's okay, take your time

Great mod, it's a shame that it doesn't work right now. Guess it's back to wearing a sidearm for now.

Maybe you could ask someone on the Lua Discord to help you out with some of the time-consuming coding stuff? Otherwise, take your time, as always, RL comes first.

Yeah, this is taking longer than expected. The tl'dr is that the settings menu is basically broken among other things and the plan is to have the re-written core of Modding Toolkit and a new menu put directly into Luatrauma, then Modding Toolkit is being deprecated.

Then this mod and my other ship items nod gets updated.

This mod feels essential... is there any chance of an update soon?

Update for y'all. Been busy IRL. Will be fixing this soon as I need to fix Modding Toolkit first. Lots of code refactoring and a PR I need to do for Luatrauma.

Yo mod creater, im not sure if your working on a fix but I thought you should know that Lua received a update recently which seems to have caused this mod to stop working
I (and seemingly others) belive you should maybe start working on it if you have time.
Although assuming you have something delaying work on an update, I wish you luck

It is perfectly fine reporting errors to a developer, especially when asked to do so.
But then do exactly that. Report an error. Also do it where they asked for it, which is not here, but their git.
What most people here are doing is just saying "mod broken, fix". Or even worse, being like "we want it fixed. NAOW!".
That just comes off as you thinking you are entitled to someone else's time.

Also I am quite sure that the developer is perfectly capable of reading the first half a dozen times the exact same problem was described as briefly and in the most unhelpful way possible, aka "doesn't work".

I do understand that it is not easy for the non tech savvy to understand code and they will most likely never even make the effort to at least try. That is why the dev is asking for reports and willing to work on issues others can not fix for themselves.
But just saying "mod broken, do something now" would not make _me_ want to help you in any way if I were the dev.

microwave tried their best to describe issues in more detail. Looks like they actually put in some effort to help the dev to help them. There is also ONE SINGLE person that did what the dev asked for and created an issue on github. Even put in some console output that might be helpful.

All others are just either not helpful at all or simply entitled.

I mean, the whole point is that he specifically asks for bug reports to fix the mod Echo. So not really entitled to ask for a mod to be fixed.

Also, you make it sound like fixing someone else's code is easy... lmao. As a complete idiot with code (Only grasping .XML and some .JSON editing) It's NOT an easy task. ;D Wouldn't even know where to begin with this.

Source code is available, fix it yourself instead of being entitled.

Quick loot all dosent work either, just removes their stuff for a second then gives it back

For some reason, it dosent work for me on other servers. i have modding toolkit, etc.

Works perfectly fine on both vanilla and heavily moded servers. Even manages to get ammo out of 10 layer nested pockets. You can see keybinds in controls once you join server.

also, what are all the keybinds for this?

it worked at the start of my session, dosent work now. havent tried rejoining, but it will be annoying if it dosent work like idk... 5 hours into the session?

Yeah, thanks for clarification, works perfect so far, even with stuff like Combat Overhaul.

When you hit reload, it tries to put the lowest non-zero condition compatible item in your entire inventory in the weapon. Even if it's not empty.

The joke is that the lowest condition item is probably the magazine/clip/tank already in the weapon/tool so it looks like nothing happened.

Nevermind Magazine has to be empty. Dumb me.

Weird, just installed it, but sadly not working over here.
