I'm trying to extract a gene-seed from an enemy and I've got 155 Glitterworld medicine (thanks Evil Tactician) but the right-click menu keeps saying I don't have 5 Glitterworld medicine. The pawn has the skill to do the work, so what am I missing?

@Gerewoatle and @Phonicmas Thank y'all so much! I changed the cost from 10k silver to 1k silver in Hediffs_BodyParts_GeneSeeds.xml file and it worked! There is a 10x cost multiplier, gene seed costs 10k silver instead of 100k silver now! :)

That is true, as seen by the 4000 gold requirement of some of his other mods, which is quite a lot

100k silver does seem slightly excessive. It's not at all uncommon for modders to forget the multiplier for gold and silver used as ingredients.

Its a typo, not sure which one was originally planned by Spencer

Hi I have a question, when I research craftable gene seed the description says it costs 10k silver, but when I try to craft it with the Fabrication bench the ingredients say it needs 100k silver. This is the case for Gene Seed, Gene Seed (F), and Primaris Gene Seed. Is there a way to fix this price difference? :)

@Rukia You will get error messages if run without ideology, as it also has ideologies in it, can maybe be run without it, but do that at your own risk

I'm new to rimworld, but do you NEED the DLC to use these mods or can I get by without them? I only have the base game.

@Goldengear1111 they should, as long as you're enemies with them, i know there are some issues with it sometime, leftover frmo spencer.

I'm pretty sure there's tea and colonisation mods on the workshop. Just launched this colony to space so a new start of a friendly group of tea drinking, helpful trading/forceful colonisation super soldiers might be the way.

@Goldengear1111 Yea, it's a bug that i've no idea why excatly is occuring, might have something to do with the cost of the marines. It's something ill have a look at in the future.

@Haminator if you replaced spencers geneseeds with this mod you have to wait until their glands are fully grown to extract them

@ReedTheDuck I made a patch on Warhammer 40k genes and psycasts for this one to make them use my genes instead of spencers original.

@Haminator I will not add anything to this mod just yet as i havnt been able to get in contact with spencer regarding this mod and more development on it

Any way to just use the armor and weapons? I'm using Warhammer 40k Genes and Psycasts and am not interested in the genetic part of this one.

@Ickura Yea those seems to be the ideology related error, its a big mess atm. As for the factions i've experience the dev error spawning myself, i'll have to look at the factions again :)

I'm getting tons of errors right off the bat when generating a new world with these faction, something about precept name.

I'm also not getting ANY raids from the space marines. Tried to dev summon the raid myself but end up with tons of errors.

Lastly, non of the factions spawned in with your gene seeds, this includes the chaos faction too. Yes I toggled them all on.
