Cheech -> You can, but then you cant upload it in the workshop. My signature will stay there and then it could be a stolen file. You can use it for your purposes.

Hi guys, I've been investigating it seems like serie E is very impossible to do in the editor. Unless you do some shenanigans. Even those in past fms that have done it, they turned out to be very buggy. I'd recommend you just move San Marino up to division D and play from there. I don't think anyone will do serie E any time soon
