As it works now is still big improvement over vanilla repair system where only mechanitor can do it so fixing this is not really a big priority for me.
Every mechs who can smithing can repair mechs.
i will try loading this above tiered mechs and lets see what happens
But I will test and let you know asap.

Additionally, it might be caused when a mech is repairing itself and has run out of power (or is at the point in its energy level that it wants to go charge... but is repairing itself) and you select it via the mech list menu thing.
I was an unlucky man and it autosaved right as the mech was repairing itself and was almost out of charge, so I had to remove the mod for now.
Other than that bug, awesome mod! I'm glad you made it. Fabricators should be able to repair mechs lol
