The glass textures should be fixed now. The model will look different than it's supposed to but it was the only way. Something about that model just doesn't work when used like this.

I really love this map, there's just a few issues I have with physics objects falling out of place (like the urns in the graveyard) or objects having physics when they shouldn't (like the bed in the grandmaster bedroom or the hay bales in the shooting range)

Personally I wish the the tunnels didn't have that little exit to the outside but I just spawned a big rock to seal up.

There is only one more thing I can do that might fix it. If it doesn't then I don't know what to do. You may need Day of Defeat Source

At least some of the issues should be fixed now. I don't have time today to do anything else.

This map is really good, I must say! I absolutely love the idea behind it and the sheer size of this library. However, I've found a couple issues on it.
- Some windows (Like the side entrance one or the one in the library) are missing textures
- Bathroom floors are missing textures as well
- Perhaps it's an issue on my end as my GMod's been wonky recently, but the generator room seems to have a couple non-existent models that cast shadows but don't show up.

Overall, I'd say you did a really good job with all the hidden rooms and the theme.
