You did incredible work with this mod, it actually started to breath life in a desperately outdated major power. Abandoning the mod is sad, but completely understandable. Getting bored with something that really gives you little benefit is normal. Hope you're doing well, and I also hope you leave the mod up and open for others to tinker with. Best of wishes

So iI think I found the issue with german rearmament 50%:

If you go the technocracy path you can only get to GER_rearmament4. The reason for that is, that one modification to rearmament is locked behind autarky.
That is the focus "Strengthen the power Grid" (id = Ger_power_grid).

I do not now it is intentially so (I do not know, why it should be), but that is prpably the cause of the issue

Ive been loving this mod ever since it released and you added new Reichskommissariats such as Moskowien and Kaukasus and Im curious if there will be any more of them and/or SS-Ordensstaats like Burgund, Schweden (Sweden), Dänemark (Denmark), Finnland (Finland) and Banat or something like that? I think it would be pretty cool, ik its a lot of work and it will have time to make but i was just curious if that is to be made.
