The mod is great, but when I take the city, it kicks me out of the game in no time. I had More Countries and Diplomacy and Improved Garrisons. With the mods Diplomacy and Improved Garrisons the game runs normally.

The recent game update is messing with my mods, so I've decided to stay on 1.0.3 for a while, fortunately More Countries still runs well, but I'm just afraid it might be crashing if you update it again.

@aeON You need to replace the Banner parameter in the Kingdom.InitializeKingdom function of every clan with your banner code.

hey this is a good mod. I love that every faction is constantly warring now. Do you know how I change the banners and colors for each clan? I have another mod that adds hundreds of new banner and I want to use them on yours.

I love the Idea of this mod and it works well but i found out that u can't recruit any other Lord's because they are all Faction Leaders or Rebel Faction Leader's? Is there a way to fix this?

I am not seeing lords joining kingdoms after being conquered or acquiring fiefs, just clans getting more fiefs with just their family members and no new lords.

Very Good mod, I like how the Large Kingdoms have to build themselves up from this point and we get to try and interfere with that or join that, very good

this is similar to the Separatism mod's chaos start right? just without the rebellions?

Plus you can make clans yourself. Just give a random companion a fief for 20k gold and 500 influence.

How do you recruit clans if every clan is a ruler? Does it require another mod?
