Yo if you see this and know how to make staff in mods can you dm me because I keep having crashes and need advice

Suprisingly good mod, but the "Corporal" research is put above "Staff vetting" from the gang dlc, so I can't research it. I've been trying to edit the files and find a way but nothing seems to work. Hope this mod isn't abandoned.

I created initially this mod to adding more things in the prison life, actually yes I agree with you there is not many effects, but I don't created the mod to be a "joke". Personnally I like to have these things to add more realism in the prison and this is why I published the mod. And I have tried to found effects but that's more complicated, if I have the time I will see if I can add more real effects.

Did you just create a bureaucracy simulator? I'm looking through 1410526142 (the mod number) and the only appreciable effect appears to be the StaffCouncil which has the ProgressEffect of increasing StaffComfort, but otherwise I'm not seeing any real reason for all these additional meetings or staff.

Oh yes I see, effectively some programs have 0 place, it is because this is a meeting between administrators and I haven’t found how to have administrators as students yet, the only option I have found is to set administrators as second teachers of programs, and then, because they are considered as teachers and no students, they don’t need places, but I will try to find a solution

In the future I would like to add more programs like prisoners programs and others features, and give more utility to these things

Hello! The programs bring together the staff, currently there are no specific changes in play, but later I want to give more real use to these programs, for the moment they allow to add a little life to the administrators, who are brought to rarely go out as the director only for death sentences.
