Both versions were loaded unsuccessfully (told by Loading Screen Mod) and I could not find it in the game. Is there an unexpected mistake happening? Actually, I believe it would be a perfect station but I just cannot use it...

yes indeed when trying to make ultra large items there all sort of janky problems can occur. AI going to places despite there isn't a path there, culling problem (visibility) can be fixed but take more works by chopping the building into multiple pieces, but that approach potentially increase asset file size... Same - if it works, great. If it didn't, well there's nothing I can do about it.
