Unfortunately, this map background only uses a simple map_data.sii. To support the Apple Maps mod, it would need to be split into multiple files so that Apple Maps can override the navigation colors, as is the case with the already supported backgrounds. I can't add support for it unless the developer of the background makes this change.

Can you add support for this map? The issue is when used together the GPS lines becomes red, instead of blue.

Leider ist es nicht ohne weiteres möglich, die Mod automatisch für sämtliche Maps und/oder Kombos kompatibel zu machen. Du kannst dir die Mod aber selbst an Projekt Japan anpassen. Dafür müssten die Daten in der map_data.sii der Apple Maps Base Mod an die Einträge aus der map_data.sii von Projekt Japan angepasst werden (sofern diese frei zugänglich ist).

Die map_data.sii der Apple Maps Base Mod findest du unter dem Pfad, wo Steam installiert ist und dann hier: ...\steamapps\workshop\content\227300\2883949601\amnbase\def\map_data.sii

Wichtig: Die Datei nicht einfach ersetzen, sonst können die anderen Module nicht mehr geladen werden.

Schade das die Base Mod und die Addons nicht mit der Projekt Japan kompatibel sind :(

Thanks for the comment. I’m glad you like my mod. I may be wrong, but I believe the speed limit is only shown on the digital dashboard in the FH6 by default, not on the GPS screen. I definitely haven’t removed the speed limit display in the mod.

Dynamically changing backgrounds are technically possible. Since the colours of roads, buildings, grass and so on are different in the light and dark mode, there are no plans for implementing such a feature.

Any chance to get a version that can change navigator background colour from light to dark dynamically in game (i.e. day mode and night mode)?

Currently in ProMods 2.70, the Apple Maps Navigation is working, but the map is misaligned. Is that because I am using ProMods ME and TGS, or does the mod need updating to be compatible?

The phone is part of the cabin accessories dlc. If you have it installed you can put the phone on the windshield via truck configuration.

Leider ist die deutsche Version von Siri wirklich nicht so besonders. Mir persönlich gefällt sie eigentlich auch nicht richtig. xD

Die englischen Siri Stimmen sind da deutlich besser, sowohl für UK, als auch für US. Daher nutze ich auch In-Game und in real nur die englische Version.

Aber ich werde mir mal die anderen deutschen Stimmen von Apple anschauen, und mal sehen, ob es da vielleicht noch was besseres gibt. :)

Also ich bin ja real kein Apfel Mensch aber das Navi ist echt schön geworden. Gefällt mir sehr gut. Das einzigste was mir nicht gefällt ist diese blecherne Stimme. Zumal sie schon km vorher sagt in 50m abbiegen. Vlt kann man ja irgenwie ne deutsche Schauspielerin einfügen , sowas gibts doch bestimmt im Apfel Laden . Dann wäre es perfekt

Prinzipiell sollte es funktionieren, ja. Wichtig wäre, dass sie im Modmanager über ProMods steht.
Das einzige Problem ist allerdings, dass der Hintergrund eventuell verschoben ist und/oder nicht die komplette Map im Fullscreen zu sehen ist.

Ein Add-On, was das fixt, ist bereits in Arbeit.
