You can either change the model from the spawnmenu ( Options > Derp's Addons > Hazmat Suit > Player Model ) or directly in the console with this command " dhs_ply_model path/to/model.mdl ". Hope this helps.

Unfortunately the color of the hazmat suit, not the entity, is defined by the playermodel, you can change the playermodel using the derps_hazmat_suit_playermodel command.
