It looks well done and detailed. But, not that I’m saying you did a bad job, this feels too detailed. Colors feel too darkened, the look as a whole feels like it just doesn’t quite belong. My advice is just take a look at hats and niece like the runners warm up, thermal tracker, and the winter woodsman to see how they are in comparison. Trying to strike more of that zone where the team colors and apparel feels more lighter and recognizable, and not too realistic would help.
