It the same regular alyxl apparently? i don't know if it my mounting problem (because i got it from gmodcontent) because through out of entire checking on addons there no addons that effect anything about alyx only the vjbase necrotics npc which is a custom zombie and a seperated models the only one that i presume it could be is from Half Life 2 Episodic NPC+Vehicle+Entity Enabled but i did disable it but it still doesnt work.

I don't think you need to restart the game, you can just use r_flushlod to reload the models

It could be any number of reasons. Make sure you have just one Episode fix mod on. Make sure you have no other addons that effects Alyx herself. If you just disabled an Alyx mod or another episode fix mid, make sure you shutdown and restart Gmod every time you swap replacements or episode fixes.

i installed this addon with the Krystal replacement addon but when ever i run any of the episode 1 maps its just Alyx any idea on how to fix this? I only have the episode one and Krystal mod enabled

Yes, they do. Just make sure you deactivate any episodic fix mods so they will work right. And reset the entire game if you had to disable them in the current session. If they are already disabled when you boot up the game, then you're fine just start playing HL2 maps.

I included a list of the replacements I tested with this at the bottom of the description. There are more out there than what is listed.
