Hi there, I'm endgame in my current playthrough so my starterhouse is very well developed. Anything making use of just the 6x6 build space in the middle of the house zone is incompatible with your build. I had to instantly uninstall because storage was unavailable. It's pretty well new-game-only.

It would be nice if the center was open with nothing on it. And if there was an option without the faction NPCs or an option with the evil factions. Getting attacked when coming home doesn't sound fun lol. Thank you for this mod!

Maybe make 2 versions of your cool mod, one with one without center house?

If the majority of those that are subscribed would like me to remove the center house and leave everything else alone, I would have no problem doing that. This would leave the center open for everyone to build the house the way they want to.

The surroundings are really nice. Unfortunately the existing player house makes it very difficult to place items inside in most areas because the roof obstructs the view even when fully zoomed-in.

Aya, the mod tool that we use is currently very basic. The Dev is still working on it so hopefully it will be expanded enough in the future where it would be possible.

I had actually thought about doing this. But the way the mod tool works, we currently do not have an option to "deactivate" the mods we make....only delete them. So I can't actually work on making another version of this mod since I would end up with two of everything in the same spot.
