They’re called air tones. It’s a few separate files stitched together from Thief: The Dark Project 1998. I don’t remember what part of the game they’re from.

I have a question, what is the song playing by the graveyard? The one emanating from the statue with a crystal on it's head.

@johnny moe I went ahead and made a navmesh. I used the nav_generate command and then went ahead and manually tidied up the mesh.
