Mlie is adding mods to his mod 'No Version Warning' to remove those errors if there's no issue with functionality. Might be worth checking this and getting them to add it (or update it if needed).

Yes, the base game is given a free patch that you get for free if you own the game, regardless of whether you purchase the DLC. This patch is currently available to play on the unstable branch (it's basically in beta currently). The DLC will be out in one month, and this mod should work on both the 1.5 patch without the DLC and with the DLC when it releases. Hope this answers your question!

Does updated to 1.5 mean it'll work when the dlc drops? Is that how Tynan always done it?

Are there any known compatability issues with this mod? Because I simply... Don't have the crib. It's not available to build, or research.

@Qta that's a vanilla thing that happens to me even without this mod.

I think they're trying to move the baby somewhere where they won't die from heat exhaustion/hypothermia. If there's no alternative crib, they drop the baby on the ground in another room... This then sometimes makes "rescue" an option for the baby, which gets prioritised, so they pick it up but then there's no safe crib so they drop it again and it can get stuck in an endless loop unless you move the crib somewhere safe.

There seems to be an error in the AI that transports the baby to a safe temperature. Rim keeps throwing the baby to the ground. If you manually click and move the crib, it will be solved, but if you do not specify it manually, the baby will be thrown to the ground, picked up, and repeated endlessly.

Honestly I love this mod so much that if you could somehow change this to a texture replacement for the vanilla crib or something I would support it 100%. I'll keep using it regardless though; thanks for your work!

fyi tynan announced that normal cribs will now not be locked behind any research. would you consider making a patch that locks the vanilla cribs behind complex furniture (the same research you unlock normal beds in) to keep this tribal crib's niche?

Oh...actually I think it might be a config issue. Since even though I never added gloomy to my current save I am getting errors for mods I played with on an old 1.3 save. I hadn't added any other mods recently so maybe ill try deleting the files inside that folder and see if rimpy still gives me a notif

Definitely shouldn’t need any mod as a dependency, only Biotech DLC. Sounds like a mod conflict.

this seems to have vanished from my game, even though I still have the mod installed? the cribs are no longer buildable, the ones I had built vanished and it's no longer in the debug menu

having played tribal with mods in past.
( I play naked alone tribal with child mods mostly)

I dont think it is an oversight.

tribal tends to mean a willingness for challenge.

It does seem a mite oversight, we have bedrolls and double bedrolls but no basic crib next to "spot on the ground." Tis a good. Tis a good.
