Ditch the bow. This can be a great non-festive item. Just make it a bag with fish on scout's bag. No smissmas stuff.

this works fantastic considering the whole Mackerel set, though for some reason (and this is definitely my own twisted mind at work), it makes me want it as a quiver the sniper has for a bow that launches fish.

It's alright, but I would appreciate an alternate style that paints the fish (and maybe removes the bow too), as the bow kinda limits it to christmas-time. An alright (and funny) concept otherwise, has some loadout potential.
