the gun is by default able to be spawned if you get the immerse teleportation achivement so you can remove it since theres already a mod to spawn that achivement (perm unlock gun too)

the "debug liquid " is actually immortality serum as its said in game using the liquid identifier

and the vase is "wormhole1" and he probably didint know were it was in the files because it was deleted fully as well as "random_noise2" and 3 the tower radio is doable because random_noise1 is stll in the files. oh and dont forget the abyss radio because some of the sounds are still there (i think)

how do you make items spawnable?
Add the items from the reactor map > (elevator, elevator winch, reactor pipes, reactor (yes, if you explode the reactor, it gains physics), elevator buttons from both maps, the large computers)
