can confirm the last comment, installed it yesterday on 1.5 and even if it says it doesn`t work, it does.

It works fine on 1.5, it's a simple XML patch. Just load it.

to make the mini miner work with quarry, load the miner before quarry and make sure you make the quarry BEFORE you make the bot, either that or dissasemble the bot and make a new one after the quarry was made, game needs to refresh the robot to make it recognise the quarry as viable

I was going to make this mod, but you've done the work for me. Thank you. :) I HATE that the Tunneler is a large mech and wanted a micro version. :)

Seems like the dev behind Quarry made a patch for these little guys. Just make sure to put Quarry lower in the load order. These little guys are real convenient. :)

Hello. Please consider restructuring the mod such that the ThingDef, RecipeDef, and PawnKindDef are implemented as standalone Defs, rather than patching them in. This is standard practice and is generally more compatible with other mods. Thank you.

It works with quarries, [i.imgur.com] so long as you do not set an owner. I just found this out by removing the owner from the quarry and my miniminer immediately started digging in it. Earlier on I had three of them in a quarry, but I didn't realize that ownership stops them from doing it. Get them lads digging

Brilliant. I think there should be a simple mining bot by default that doesn't require High Mechtech to create. Bit late in the game for my lone mechanitor start for my taste.

pretty good mod they are useful the only thing is they are basically useless in combat so just let em do their little tunnel crab thing and all's good

After a while the mini-miners run out of things to mine, and querries look at them, they look at the quarries... and nothing happens...

Is there a possibillity of making this work with Quarry?

Perfect. It's ridiculous that there's no way to fill a potentially essential job from the beginning of a Single Mechanitor game. Especially if you want to be a Tunneler too. 'Excavate rocks' shouldn't be a job locked solely behind battling a heavy death robot with a siege gun.
