I honestly don't understand, how after 4 years, there is still no duelling/insulting lords implemented.
It's a major oversight.
I'm pretty sure this was a base feature in warbands...

1.2.7 is supported. 1.2.8 is not yet.
@Combxt: that's currently not implemented. Maybe in the future. However I do prioritize updating old mods over adding features. So not sure.

Could you make it so enemy lords demand a duel when they're greatly outnumbered? As like a last resort. If they win you can't attack them for a period of time.

DUELS WORK IN TOWNS as RjAY101 SAID, you get reputation, you don't get any loot due to error message, so if you are using you keep what you kill mod it won't work. i also found Executions can cause crashes not always due to one of the key Mod's not being updated yet
