arm sleeves are possible via a custom texture and normal map.
the custom normal give the illusion of depth via a trick of light.
i make my own custom textures and normal maps.
i use paint.net and gimp (both are free to download and use) as this is just a hobby atm.

How do you do these retextures? Like on the level at which you do them. This one's shirt sleeves for example, they look like they have volume, not just a flat image on his bare arms. And with the various denim pants you've done. Are the textures self made or ripped from somewhere? If you could point me to a specific guide, then that would be most helpful.
