That means he has to rig them to a Half-Life 2 or Counter-Strike: Source animation set. Once he does that, they'll be able to be used as playermodels or NPCs. Personally I prefer the HL2 rig because they have more usable animations.

It would be awesome if they were able to madeinto npc's with model manipulator but unfortunatly they just t-pose. - just a suggestion though, but besides that good work.
