Could you fix the Cigar Human Grunt, the problem with him is that he doesn't use his grenade launcher.

That cannot be fixed because all NPCs lacks pump-running animation. Citizens technically can semi-auto but only if forced to run shooting.

Barney is only NPC who cannot fire shotgun semi-auto. And only NPC who cannot fire while moving.

Can you make a fix for Shotgun Soldiers rapid firing
