I was going to try updating this for 1.3.1 but it appears somebody has for 1.2.12

I dont wont to waste time on a 1.3 version if someone has updated it recently.

This is outdated, plus it crashes (even without mods (and up version).

He probably means chinese mod text not ingame content.
But one can always use translate tools i guess.
Many Chinese modders provide english text in their mods which is a nice gesture.
