Hello gentlemen, I know how to make this skin work, go to (Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\262060\2876846604\heroes\crusader) remove the skin to put it manually here (Steam\steamapps\common\DarkestDungeon\heroes\crusader) and change the "K" for another letter that works for you, in my case it helped to put the "E"

@Kōdo What? That can't be...and even if that were true, I can't do anything about it. Skins are just image files that doesn't really effect the gameplay whatsoever, so it only took me patience and artistic skills rather than actual modding skills. Maybe you could try turning it on and off in the mod list screen?

Skin doesn't show up in the game even though I have no other Crusader skins installed

@Draghide87 Sometimes a skin doesn't show up in the game if you install another skin mod for the same class, because of the slot problem. My Veteran Crusader skin uses crusader_K slot. Check if any of your Crusader skin mods use the same slot, please. Or simply just put my mod higher than the other Crusader skins. Sorry for the inconvenience.

@ALE199-ITA Thanks! I made Highwayman's skin too, if you haven't seen it yet. But I think I'm done for the time being. I stopped playing Darkest Dungeon, lost interest in the game. I may resume making skins if I regain motivation.

I mean I made my skin the same way, my pixel editing skill is just pretty janky and can't even make the sword looks like its from DD for example XD wasn't expect my idea inspired someone else even, really proud of myself on this ha ha
