@Phantom Wolf Sometimes retextures don't accuse as being overwritten, check for RETEXTURES not actual models like the tf2 dispenser medkit or XBox Series medkit

look if you do not have another active medkit addon, or in the addons folder, since some are activated but do not appear in the addons tab. Similar cases have happened to me with other mods.
