With fall from the Grace, the Knife pieces are impossible to obtain by normal means. Reasons being: The knife pieces don't spawn in the mirror or minecart room when the floor is Boiler or Grotto from the mod and due to better knife pieces replacing the usuall Knife Piece spots in their respective locations with normal items, it makes it impossible to obtain them if you are unlucky enough to get Boiler or Grotto on the floors where you normally get the knife pieces.

It doesn't work.

How do you get to the Corpse if the knife pieces are replaced?

Version 1.2 is out. If it doesn't update, unsubscribe, launch game (or delete mod folder) and the resubscribe. Any bugs submit in Bug Report.

I've noticed that the knife piece didn't show up in the Fall From Grace's boiler floor's mirror room. I could obtain it normally though.

This mod doesn't work with mods that add in Custom Rooms

Probably save for the mod is new since you reinstalled entire steam folder. Try collecting knife peices again or just use DSS menu to configure knife pieces to appear. Other than that is should work normally

Can't seem to get this mod to work anymore. Recently had to reinstall steam. All other mods are working but this one. I unsubscribed, went into the mods folder and deleted "better knife pieces" and subscribed again yet still not working. Any ideas?

At first I was reluctant to get this mod, because they're supposed to be a bit of a challenge, but then I got my extra coin-heart deleted by Mom's Shadow sequence.

This stuff was fixed like half a year ago and not push to workshop. OOPSIE

Doesn't work.

After some testing I can confirm, the mod will not work on XL alt floors. For ex: if you go to XL Downpour/Dross after Basement I, the knife piece will not spawn in the mirror room and you will still have to go the mirror floor. Same with Mines/Ashpit XL, the knife will not spawn in the mine cart room and you will still need to the the Mom's shadow sequence. This can be somewhat circumvented by not giving XL floors a chance to spawn by not taking alt paths until their II variant. For example if you go from basement II to Downpour II an XL floor cant spawn. Same with mines. You also get an extra item from mirror world item room

Actually, just had it where Knife Piece 1 also didn't work. It was an XL floor so maybe curses might impact it?

Knife Piece 2 doesn't seem to properly spawn in the minecart room if you already completed the shadow sequence in an earlier run.

If you disable the mod, do you need to assemble the knife again, for it to be reactivated?

tbh i feel a bit bad bcs it feels like cheating, but at the same time ts the same thing every time over and over again, the second knife piece is just time consuming and annoying, afgter a while you lear to dodge anyways

get rid of the tainted isaac rerolls to knife pieces, can ruin some peoples runs that wanna do mother

Would it be possible to have an option of which pieces get moved? The 2nd piece change is great but the mirror world giving both a treasure and boss item is a bit too powerful imo.
