it's because the textures re-randomize every time they're rendered

i'd probably consider making a bodygroup-based randomizer imo

do you think you could fix textures being changed when killed?

further update: textures also re-randomize upon noclipping until the models stop renderring and return to where the rebel is.

i feel like having this set up as a set of playermodels with a ton of skins would work really well

i may have illegally inspected your addon for pac3 purposes and every material seems to be a 1-1 copy of hl2's human material pool. theres no lua files and i dont know how to open the texture files what kind of wizardry is this
