I lowered all spawns (except for military vehicles and farm tractors) to 1% which is as low as they can go.

I always looked for a mod that did this, and I finally found it. Only thing is that the F700 Truck has a fairly high spawn rate. Do you mind reducing it spawn to be around the same of the vanilla ambulance? I would change it (If I knew lol) but that would only work for SP, and I really would like to add this to my local MP server.

I've always liked Vanilla Vehicle Enhancer and its adherence to lore-friendly names in textures, but I like military vehicles in my game and the only mod that adds some vanilla-like cars is Filibusters, so you've solved my problems with Used Cars vehicles spawning with those horrible real life names hahahaha.
