It only works on vanilla models. I don't think ROT uses any of them.

@bshardy yah my bad I fixed everything I'm sure it was another mod I fixed the game by validating the files the issue wasn't in the mod I'll delete that comment so no one hesitate in downloading the mod

@alqahtani628 That has nothing to do with my mod. The mod is purely visual. It doesn't change any base game files or touch the save file at all. If you can't even start a new game, something else is broken.

why didnt the game devs do this though? like its not hard and theyre meant to be building the game, its clearly better this way.. no different to bethesda fucking up the combat helmet in fallout4, the miners helmet has working flashlight but the high tier gear COMBAT helmet with a big fuck off flashlight on the side doesnt function lol.... its like the guy just though, "oh ill go for a coffee" and then he just never returned and the game got released with half finished buggy shit. Sick of needing mods to make a decent game playable

It shouldn't cause any crashes, but it only changes the base game helmets. So anything Eagle Rising adds won't be affected.

Sorry, turns out it was Steam not picking up the update to Butterlib that was causing the crash unsubbing and resubbing resolved it. It's all good now!

To be fair, my mod was only tested with one hairstyle and that took me several hours. A more thorough fix would have to be tested with every combination of every helmet and every hairstyle. That would take way more work. Still, with nearly a decade of development you would think they could have found the time.

I'm not gonna lie, it's kind of a joke that they spent like 8 years on this game and didn't make basic improvements like this that are standard in other games that use similar systems. And you just came out and did it
