HOW TO FIND
Armor will only spawn in Vlandia. Its an expensive armor so it will be rare.Rarer and better than best native armor. If you just enabled my mod for an ongoing campaign you need to wait a little for traders to have it. If you dont want to wait enable cheats in documents and give it to yourself. Or you can edit the items.xml in the module file to reduce the price.

right-click the file you downloaded - chose:
"properties"

At the bottom of properties, security: choose/ check-in
"unblock"

now extract the files and use them

Why do people who don't want to use the jank fest that is RBM get the low value armour? No matter what order I put that mod in it eventually starts crashing my game. Sometimes an hour in, sometimes 50 hours in.

I love the Armor! Man, Downloading this with several other mods really make Bannerlord feel like an other era!

So if I have RBM mod I need to instAll that additional mod? Why not put it through steam?
