Um yeah is there a pose where we can fold the wings as its not working for me and uh the rotation for the wings is messed up as well.

maybe, I had to see one tutorial and it was with mlp models so it might work with the argonian/khajiit models too

you have to decompile the models in crowbar, open the qc file in notepad, under eyeball "eye_right" "Head" -1.379999 -7.310000 21.020004 "eyeball_r" 1 10 "iris_unused" 1.5
eyeball "eye_left" "Head" 1.500001 -7.310000 21.020004 "eyeball_l" 1 -10 "iris_unused" 1.5"
put " flexcontroller eyes range -45 45 eyes_updown
flexcontroller eyes range -45 45 eyes_rightleft" then save the qc and recompile the model, then you should have a view target for the model :)
