Compatibility with SFO - yes
This mod does not work with Radious, tried with and without the compatibility submod in every possible combination.
Thus I can confirm that this mod does not work with Radious after exhaustive testing and trying.
TLDR: I assume that the Oak of Ages doesn't have its maximum possible number of building slots changed in MIXER.
Whatever your BSE setup is exactly: add the BSE "Tier 4 / Tier 5 Minor Settlements Compatibility Submod - Six Building Slots version" (if you use six slots for minor which I think is p.e.r.f.e.c.t.) you can then "connect" that with @RagnaroK's "Tier Four 4 All" mod which I recommend. For custom faction support, Myxo's options are way deeper, plus any of the supported mods can be run or not, it always works @Myxo will correct me if I talked BS. Hope that helps <3
Meaning: It is absolutely possible to get tier 4 in minor settlements WITH this!
It is not the easiest thing, you have to focus (I had to postpone THC consumption one glorious evening for an hour to get it right! The word "only" in the title confused me like crazy - HAHA)
