You can use this tool:
https://ignis05.github.io/baro-save-editor/SubTools
Just select "submarine editor" at the top right and put the submarine file there, then on the left there will be a list for downloading any files in it, including shuttles.
I can't seem to be able to open it in the editor, only the main ship.
Oh sorry, it's not a bug hehe :)
This is actually because the shuttle's battery charges itself.
I just forgot to add a signal checking component that would set the battery charge rate to 0 when the shuttle starts.
Perhaps I will update it, but you can just change it manually. Cheers
the shuttle/bow works perfectly in the editor but in our campaign the shuttles controls only work for a split second when the start button is pushed then control is promptly lost again. our solution was to have one crew member mash the start button while the other piloted the shuttle to re-dock with the main ship.
if we're doing something wrong or somehow missing something please let me know.
here is a video of the bug(?)

Oh hey, great that you enjoy.
Although I can't figure out what's wrong with oxygen.
Without oxygen upgrades, the room with the med fabricator can definitely hold up to two people, oxygen only starts to decrease if there is a lack of voltage, about ~50%. This is possible if the engines, supercapacitors and deconstructors / fabricators are working, as well as the high rate of battery charging. Try to pay attention to it. Cheers
Oh, thank you! Fixed!
Forgot that oxygen generation also takes into account the room size.
Had to add 3 additional vents and slightly increase the generator power.
