You can get the bsp by extracting the addon itself with a tool like GMPU, I'm not sure how reliable the bsp will be in giving you the materials though, I no longer have access to the version that has no decompile protection, but I know there's programs that get around no_decomp flags :/

I've updated the VMF link to a github page, feel free to extract the textures and materials from the BSP if you can, I no longer have access to the unprotected BSP file.

vmf link is dead plus the bsp is decompile protected.

That's a client issue I believe, try clearing your addons or chache
