@Mr. Bones yea i know. As i already stated its meant as a Framework for other modders. I'll see when i have time to fix it since im soon a Soldier in the German Armed Forces.
@Yestoz there is a mod called TNO Tool Mod that can do just that
https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3206655381
or does it not work like this.
set_var nationality [Culture ID]
this will change the Culture of the Selected State to the Selected Culture ID.
You may find culture id's in my Modfiles
If you ever release your mod, be sure to tell me so i can link your mod
Again, this mod was made as a Framework for other modders. I did not intent for other people to actually use it, it was purely a showcase of what my framework can do.
it shouldn't be hard to add cultures to those states, just maybe a little tedious
set_var nationality [Culture ID]
this will change the Culture of the Selected State to the Selected Culture ID.
You may find culture id's in my Modfiles
You may find the Documentation in my modfiles. Please research yourself how to look at mod files from the steam workshop, im too tired to make a full explaination here
set_var nationality [Culture ID]
When run this command will change the culture of whichever state you currently have selected.
For example:
set_var nationality 126 will change the culture of whichever state is selected to South English
Its purely visual, and no in-game mechanics are being changed.
