Thank you very much!!
BTW, houses require prefab science to be unlocked. I struggle to find early start houses with own heating. Therefore idea: smaller but possible to build from the start, container houses, something like:
https://weldon.pl/kontenery/kontenery-budowlane/
Now when it comes to flat quality i would totally set it to 40% if not lower, given how many people i'm trying to cram into such small space, however on hard difficulty citizen happiness is capped by housing quality, and it dropping below 50% would seriously impact their productivity :/ thus 60% to give some wiggle room. Im just going to trust you to not use it permanently xD
The building uses primairly steel, because the idea is that these houses are made of pre-made steel panels that can be quickly put together. I might still tweak it a bit to make it more reasonable :)
And lastly, all windows light up because im using a single texture containing 4 windows at once, instead of all individually. I did consider a pattern, but given that it would be just the 4 windows repeating, i just decided to make them all light up :)
Looks really nice, though. I'm looking forward to seeing more! We need more cheap, crappy buildings.
