Man you've got the problem with the mod i think you replaced all animations somehow so it conflicts with other mods, i use dance mod for good items, and sad mod for bad items, don't think it should conflict with the pills. but it is

fiend folio uses their own animations for their characters, but otherwise it should work fine

One of the conclusions from what i can theorize is that fiend folio reheated is messing with it - much like how it effects the deltarune explosion mod.

tried looking for 001.000_player.anm2 files and only found files that were in grinding of isaac. not sure why they'd conflict tbh
