It's a very good idea there's not enough weapon in the game, in my opinion at least.

I have a problem. The queen blades drop properly for me, but I cannot find the item in the Fight Tab (or any tab for that matter). I am next to an Alchemy Engine and I have the necessary items, but I can't find the thing (I don't even have that lightbulb notifying me of a recipe I can prototype). :(

nah, I've disabled shiprekt in steam settings completely, cuz its only DLC, I regret buying :/

@maks.ziolek Nie uważam, zwłaszcza, że są różne sytuacje, w których nie trzeba nawet walczyć z królową pajakąków. Można zebrać gotowy łup z walki, w której pajęcza królowa wzięła udział. ZWŁASZCZA w jaskiniach :)

nie uważasz że 4 te spider blade to za dużo.

@SpinoRex I think not cause my mod was made way earlier than the new Scythes mod so there is no need that I should do it. Also if I'll change the file name, all existing spider blades from player's save will dissapear :)

This mod is really cool! It actually gives a great use for The Queen's claws. Great idea! However, I'm using this in a modpack and in the pack, I also have the mod "Scythes." In that mod there is a normal and golden sycthe. But in the Tools tab, I only see the golden one. So I got the Spider Blade and then I saw that it did what the sycthe does. I'm guessing the blade has the same "console name" as the normal sycthe. Could you please change it so something else then?

@Kitche Vadimas There are different ways to get this loot. You don't have to always fight spider queen. For example if you go to caves to a specific biome, there are tons of spiders, spider queens and tentacles fighting each other. You can just wait near, and after a battle quickly collect the loot. After that expedition I get 3-5 queen blades without fighting.

Aww come on! This thing requires killing 2 minor bosses and isn't even as good as a dark sword, which is kinda easy to get! It does 2 more damage per hit, but lasts 60 uses vs. the 100 of a dark sword or tentacle spike.

You should double the amout of uses.. it's not worth killing 2 Spiderqueens when you just can kill a tentacle for a weapon that is almost as good as this one...

i thought, if you make a set of spider's equipments instead of only 1 piece, that would be great. e.g. spider armor, spider helmet, spider silk backpack, spider amulet, venom staff, spider blade, and even more...e.g. redo the spider mobs spawn/action/A.I. rules...

They are quite Easy to find. Once you get a little bit far in the game, Tier III SpiderDens will turn into Tier I Spider Dens releasing a queen. Just camp near one and wait. (It can be identified by a noise of clanging and then a Low Growl.)

I finally got 4 spider legs to make the Spider Blade. Tonight I dine on Moose Goose!

i have played dont starve from the day it went into beta on chrome and not once have i ever encountered a spider queen

this is more like a scythe than a "blade" also i would like to see a weaker one made out of hounds teeth :)

60 uses ? Damn, gonna need to use it on giants only ! Or stuff like that, at least.
