@VallatoryEel923 updates to mods often get derailed by OneDrive, this is a known problem to Klei and this update affected me too.

I wrote a guide based on Klei's troubleshooting steps, which you can use if you don't want to lose config (following Klei's guide) or be forced to disable OneDrive for your Documents folder

Get Mod Updater and force update it. If it's still crashing, please describe what is actually crashing, i have no idea what you mean "damage it caused from being in the computer", if you have an issue please actually tell me what it is, and send a log: https://github.com/aki-art/ONI-Mods/wiki/How-to-send-a-log

So, this mod crashed my game on start, even after deleting and unsubscribing I had to go in and delete the mod folder and the game just to fix it, it was bad enough I spent a few hours fixing the damage it caused just from being in the computer for 5 minutes. Please fix the mod.

it doesnt work when using bionic starting characters and says that it isnt compatible. didnt do any further testing but printing bionics probably also wont work. pls fix bionic dupes are my favourite:meepsad:

Can the seed bio ink give thimble reed seeds ? asking since i play on badlands and there is no way to get it besides rng giving me it on printing pod

Yeah. Regular CP goes from 4000 kcal Nutrient Bars early game to 12000 kcal Barbeque and Spicy Tofu.

But the food ink starts with a 600 Meal Lice (worth 850 as Liceloaf ingredient) to the maximum of a 6000 kcal Pumpkin Pie.

Substract a 800 kcal Mushbar for the ink recipe, actuall worth 1050 as Mush Fry and the comparison is even worse.

Just taking the two regular care packages, be it food or not they are generally still somewhat useful (and in case of animals can often be butchered still for more meat), So I'd say the reward should be 50% kcal better than regular (so it's still a bit of gamble so giving up two care packages with food included in the choices might not necessarily work out).

So effectively the current food ink rewards should be tripled to be balanced and make it a viable option

stroom, your basically saying you feel the balance is not set right? that your using food and 2 inks and the amount of calories coming back need to be increased for the cost?

Why does the nutricious ink give so little actual food? You're basically throwing away the gains of two previous care packages but the food you get is about a single dupe's meal worth of food for it in most cases. Worse even since you're also paying calories into the ink recipe.

Since the latest ONI update, the new recipe details window is not showing certain ingredients even though I have it discovered (referring to Seeded Ink - Pikeapple seed not showing even after discovery). Not sure if the new update's recipe details window is causing it or incompatibility with the FPP DLC. Hope a later update would solve this.
...or it might be mod incompatibility issue

While the stack trace suggest this mod, better info cards is the one that is redded out during crash, so I am posting to both pages, apologies if it is not a specific incompatibility to your mod.

I believe the crash occured due to double clicking printing pod, but I have not been able to reproduce by spam left or right clicking either it or bio inks.

Currently using this as of 2025/01/21, have used eggy,bio,metallic,seed so far with no issues that I'm aware of. (All DLC installed.)

after loading a bio-ink type, a print event happens, where you can choose, but if you don't choose anything, and load that ink type again, the event is not triggered anymore. this happened to me with regular bioink and suspicious bioink

Every time I load a save, it creates an order to deliver the bio-inks even though I haven't clicked anything, and every time I have to manually cancel it on all the planitoads that have a Printing Pod.

And make it so even with the Bio-Inks, the printing pod can only fire once every x days.

So I figured out a way to do it, just turn care packages only on the DGSM after 1 duplicant in the colony. But now I'm thinking it would be nice if the printing pod did not even offer prints, but only offered Bio-Ink on the prints, and you had to supply the ingredients to make the necessary bio-mass. Maybe even make a station to produce Bio-Ink and make it an operations.

If you have DGSM set to not spawn any duplicants if you use a bio ink for a duplicant will it show a duplicant? Looking for a way or an Ink to make more duplicants not just having them printable from the start.

"IsContentActive was called with a newer DLC which is not allowed." my game is crashing when i try to use the printer its about 50/50 chance i had DGSM when i started but then disabled it and enabled the mod
