Don't know if you already knew but:
You can take a screenshot ingame with F12 and link it directly via steam.
But I can understand if you don't want to do that.

@IrgenPacer no worries, you don't have to include the run. Its more work than I'm interested in to find a way to present it. Thanks for the fun map! It was interesting to push the speed envelope, without the challenge I would have taken several minutes to go through it normally.

Thanks for that, but you really didn't have to upload a video as proof.
It's not mandatory or anything and it wasn't a please as proof.
I just really like watching DK2 replays, that's why.

IP, How should I upload... or even record for that matter?

And secondly, with the frag thing. Toss a frag, then as it leaves the hand open up the action menu again, press the BIG X so no pathing occurs (including the locking of movement before the grenade goes off), then toss a second nade. It means you can toss more than 1 stun at a time into a room and have... in theory... both go off without the need for another trooper.

However this only works if you aren't singleplanning

My run:
Singe operator, Ranger:
+ LVL4 raid vest
+ Next-gen helmet (no nvg)
+ 4 frags (all used - mostlyish for stun)
+ 3 slapcharges (only 1sec faster than the prybar)
+ MK18 -- Holo, EPR rounds, No suppressor -- Used mostly
+ M18 sidearm -- JHP rounds, no suppressor -- Hotswapped when clearing the area above spawn
+ LVL10 trooper, max stats throughout, 9 mobility (max for Rangers)

Final time: 1:14, Mostly RNG for the 1taps... most took 3-5rnds with a good ttk overall though.

Challenges: Time? (?1?). Took a LOT of rounds tbh, and micro adjusting... and doubletossing of frags.
