It seems that the game have the mechanical restriction that the capacity needs to be more than 60k, so I made some adjustment and updated this asset.

@macluk Yes, for real, this structure is similar to a "transfer center" of garbage. For capacity, you may change it in asset editor :D

good idea man... then all of it sent away if someone has sunset harbour dlc if they have it :)
if only capacity of this site was decreased a lot so it matches its size.... :D:D
