These are vehicles skins and not vehicles models or vehicles scripts. You can check this on the original vehicle page. You'll way need a car mod like vcmod or svmod.

i remember a old addon of the union city police it was a 1980 style one i miss it for the TDM CVPI 2011, lenco bearcat G3 and the taurus will be skin 2
