This is quite funny, and would be a fine fit for the game. If you wanted to go the extra mile, this premise would greatly benefit from one or two additional styles that swap the shape of the hat. Team Captain immediately comes to mind, for obvious reasons.

Obviously this would require a massive amount of additional work on your end, so it's hardly a practical idea.

I've wanted a cosmetic kinda like this, I wanted it to resemble the cheaters lament, but for the crate depression. It would be a wire string holding up a cardboard cutout of unusual effects; each effect would be a style, handrawn and looking like a 3 year old made it.
