The background has been tweaked and should give a little better performance.

I am 99% sure the lag is caused by the background. I'm not sure if i can change it without messing up the look. I'll see what i can do but I cant guarantee anything.

Track Looks great but it is lagging a little in the level and I tried to finish it but couldn't because of the lag in the level. I believe you should fix what's causing it to lag in the level because so other people don't have the same lag problems in the level.
