karl franz does not have blonde hair. because his son has brown hair, but his daughter and wife have blonde hair.

I made a unit icon, I can send it to you if you need it :) (I made sure it matches Jaan from the Marienburg mod since I often play with that mod as well)

Found it, you have to change the icon twice:

Once in ui\portraits\units\wh_main_emp_empire with name emp_ch_karl_0
Once in ui\portraits\units\no_culture with name emp_ch_karl_2h_hammer_0

the unit icon picture inside the army does not change, it is the vanilla :) I'm only using this mod as a test

It's not a bear, it's a Panther. It's a pretty important symbol in the Empire, removing it doesn't make much sense, but hey. If you don't like it, you don't like it.

Well, now my beard is almos grey. But it was dark before, everyone wants him their way, i suppose.

also, he's supposed to be the youngest ever emperor or something like that

look, don't get me wrong, I'm not criticising this mod, it looks great
