Note that some fancy mods might be somehow built into their table or something; those might have some sort of issue when you do this, since spawning in two sets of things not necessarily meant for each other always has the chance to be weird. In the example here I've spawned in the Sniper Elite boardgame, which has worked fine.
Similarly, I'd like to point out the 'search' function, which lets you see a menu of every component in that mod, and load one thing by itself. This is great if, say, you have two separate mods for one boardgame, one is scripted which you prefer, but the other has nicer minis, or somesuch. You can fetch the minis by themselves, without needing to additive load the entire thing and delete everything else.

Once you have a mod open, you can use this little menu in the top right of another mod when you mouse over it to 'additive load', which loads that mod in without removing the current mod from the room. If you have two board games set up, that'll chaotically fuse all the new components into the old ones as it sets up as though onto a clear table, which probably isn't what you want, but for a situation like this where the old mod is a table or such, or a small object that won't get in the way and you don't want to find and respawn individually, this is exactly what you're looking for.
