I also figured out the grenade launcher on the back issue. Turns out I accidentally overwrote my own code when I made version 2.0 but it's fixed now!

I will be updating this mod within the next few weeks!

@Stage I know it used to work with the M79 on the back but it seems that an update to the game has broken that at some point. Unfortunately, I have no idea what is causing this. The mod works by overwriting the entire file for each weapon with a complete copy, with only the sprite directory and mag positions changed. This means the code that should dictate which sprite is used when it's on your back should be replaced also. But now, it seems some other file is dictating the sprite used when the launcher is on your back, and I have no idea which one or how to find it. Sadly I don't think I'll be able to fix this bug with my limited programming skill, sorry.

this mod needs some new love for the new bt weapons please update it or something i really love this mod

@Wes Thank you! I can't say it'll be soon but I do plan on making more gun retextures in the future and a late Cold War / early modern theme is most likely what I'll do next :)

thanks for the modification. I really hope that one day you will make a retexture of vanilla weapons under the style of modern weapons. by type SPAS 12 M16 and so on. because there are a lot of modifications for weapons and very few for retexture
