i also haven't a clue about the reference but i agree that it looks pretty nice, so well done on that part
but one thing i must say is that it's a bit too "noisy"-- there's just too much going on, in both the hat and the dress, which makes it rather tricky for them to work with other cosmetics

I appreciate this costume because it still works with both Pyro and the game's style, even for folks like me who don't recognise the reference.
That, and we really need more traditionally feminine cosmetics for Pyro. Feels like a mostly untapped aspect of the character.
